Welcome to our loyalty program! The Lotus Petals Card isn’t just a rewards card, it’s your passport to an exclusive journey of beauty and wellness. We’ve put together these guidelines to show you how easy it is to collect "Petals" and redeem your rewards.

1. Joining the Program

Membership is completely free and open to all Lotus Mind clients. The card is 100% digital, so there’s no need to clutter your wallet. Your points balance is managed in real-time by our system; just give your name at the front desk when checking out.

2. How to Earn Petals

Earning points is simple: every time you treat yourself, your balance grows.

 €1 spent = 2 Petals (e.g., a €50 treatment earns you 100 Petals).

 Points are calculated based on the total amount paid for beauty services, advanced aesthetics, and retail products.

For all clients who activate their card by May 31st, we’re offering:

3. Milestones and Rewards

Once you reach a milestone, you can choose to redeem your reward or keep saving for the next level:

Silver Level (300 Petals): De-puffing Eye Mask.  An intensive eye treatment applied during your regular session.

Gold Level (600 Petals): €15 Discount Voucher. Valid toward retail products or any advanced aesthetic treatment of your choice.

VIP Level (1200 Petals): Beauty Experience. A complimentary deep-tissue body massage or a customized facial.

4. Using Your Rewards

 Rewards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

 Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or already discounted packages.

 An advance reservation is required to redeem complimentary treatments (Eye Mask or Beauty Experience).

5. Duration and Expiration

Points are valid on an annual basis. Points earned during the calendar year can be used until December 31, 2026. At midnight, balances will reset to kick off the new beauty season. We’ll send you a reminder in advance so you can redeem your final petals before they expire!

6. Data Privacy

Your data will be processed in full compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR) solely to manage your points balance and keep you updated on exclusive promotions via WhatsApp.
